E-Flat was formed in 2013 by founder and band leader David Dennis.  The band plays a mix of originals, smooth jazz, gospel, R&B and neo soul.  E-Flat has performed at a number of venues and events, including the Historic Lincoln Theater, National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials, Newark Jazz & Rib Fest, African American Heritage Festival, Trailblazer's Scholarship Luncheon, United Way of Central Ohio, NASW, Jack and Jill of America Inc., National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc. and the State of Ohio Combined Charitable Campaign.
